Alex, President of Evans Commercial Properties, based in Jacksonville Florida, is a 17-year commercial real estate industry veteran that has represented a multitude of landlords and tenants of office, industrial, land and retail space in a wide array of real estate transactions. Alex has built a solid foundation in Jacksonville by working with local clients through his tenant and landlord advisory services.
Mr. Evans has a highly regarded record of successfully guiding local and national clients with their commercial real estate acquisition, lease negotiation, and disposition needs. Alex has closed commercial lease and sales transactions over two million square feet and valued at over two hundred fifty million dollars in gross consideration, earning an array of awards for himself and his previous firm. His areas of expertise include market research analysis, valuation, lease and contract recommendations, conceptual space planning recommendations and transaction management.
Alex was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and is the second generation to his father in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
